The product
The programme ‘Overcoming Fear of Public Speaking’ is an eBook. The eBook consists of 16 chapters with information and exercises for overcoming the fear of public speaking. The eBook consists of daily exercises for a period of 21 days. An eBook is an electronic book. This is what you are ordering. It is actually a protected PDF file that you can read (with Adobe Acrobat Reader) on your computer and that you can print off.
To read the eBook you need Adobe Acrobat 7.0 or higher. If you do not have the programme Adobe Acrobat, click here to download it for free.
Copyright and terms of use
All content on this site and in the eBook is protected by copyright and may not be used in any way without express written permission from the copyright holder. The information contained in the eBook is strictly for educational purposes.
Please note that our eBook is for the use of the original purchaser only. That means you have the right to use it for your own non-commercial process. You may NOT give or send the eBook to other people. You are NOT allowed to distribute the ebook or allow other people to download the eBook.
The eBook is visibly and invisibly marked with a security code that matches your own personal order-id.
Payment process
We make use of secure payment page which has been offered to us by our Payment Service Provider ChronoPay. This payment page is secured via a SSL certificate.
No additional costs will be charged for any payment method.
Upon Successful Credit Card Processing, your order will be delivered within 5 seconds.
On your credit card statement a purchase made on our website will be shown as: vanSpijck e-marketing, the Netherlands.
To convert the price of the book to your own local currency, please use our Currency Converter. Please note that the exchange rates provide an approximation only and your credit card will be billed in US Dollars.
The ordering process
After you have paid for the eBook, two emails will be sent to the email address you entered in the payment process. One email will be from the company that handles the transactions. Please do not delete this email – it is your proof of payment. The second email will be from me, Benjamin van Spijck. In this email you will find a link. To download your personal copy of the eBook ‘Overcoming fear of public speaking’, simply click on the link in the email.
If you do not receive an email with the download link, check your bulk mail or spam folders first. If your order confirmation is not there, please send me an email with your name and the email address you entered in the payment process.
If you have a problem downloading your copy, please follow the same procedure by sending me an email with your name, email address and payment information.
My eBook is protected from illegal download and distribution which is why the download link is only valid for 24 hours. So please be sure to download your copy of the eBook within 24 hours. If you do not wish to be bound by the above, please do not buy my eBook.
Issuing of invoices
An invoice will be sent to the buyer via e-mail immediately after the purchase has been completed.

We do not receive or store your credit card number. Your credit card number is only used by our Payment Service Provider, Chronopay. (PSP) If you email us, please do NOT send your credit card number.
