If you do not experience any results after having done all the exercises for the full 21 days, send me a request for refund within 30 days. Do that by returning the workbook to me in a fully stamped envelope stating the following information:

• Customer’s name
• Date of purchase
• Email address (the same address you used in the ordering process)
• Reason for refund request

After receiving your complete request, we will refund your purchase amount within 1 week.
