I have dealt with speech anxiety from time to time in my life. This book has helped me to replace negative thoughts into positive ones. I am learning a lot about myself because of this book. I wished I had applied these techniques years ago, but "it is never too late."

I bought the workbook for my husband. He suffers a lot of stress when he has to speak to a group of people, not only for his work but even at parties. Yet he never got round to following a course or anything like that. He didn’t want to use this book at first (he was very sceptical), but he is now really enthusiastic.

Never thought you could get rid of your fear of public speaking with a book, but this book does what it says! It certainly puts you to work. The exercises cost me about an hour and a half a day, but they worked! This book helped me get rid of my biggest fear.

This book has helped me immensely. The first workbook that didn't make me feel like I was crazy and that there are really ways to deal with fear of speaking!

I bought this book for my 16-year old daughter who has trouble delivering oral assignments at school. The book is explicit and conveniently arranged. The various exercises described are very clear. My daughter’s fear is already decreasing.

An enjoyable, readable book. It’s obvious the author knows what it’s like to sweat your way through a presentation. Logically set-out, clear language and the exercises are fun to do. An absolute must for anyone with a fear of giving presentations!

This is a good book for anyone out there with any kind of anxiety issues. The techniques that are provided in this book have really helped. I'm not going to say this book can cure you but it can help you think things through and give you ideas on how to deal with anxiety.

This book was a wonderful eye opener for me. It gave me the tools to cope with anxiety. Easy to read but not oversimplified.

A well-organised and easy-to-read book that clearly explains the psychology behind social phobias. Bit of a problem finding a quarter of hour everyday for the exercises though.

A very clear-cut, good book; no vagueness – and the exercises are easy to do. Highly recommended.

The insights provided in this workbook have been invaluable to me. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to speak without nerves.
